Who is your fitness inspiration
I have too many to name. I feel inspired by clients, students, and other peeps in workout classes that I take just because they showed up, put the effort in, and have a good attitude. You don’t have to be a great athlete to be an inspiration…its all about the attitude and commitment you bring to the table. In life, however, my dad has inspired me in countless ways to never give up, work hard for what you want to manifest, have fun, and live in the moment. I apply these principles to my workouts and yoga classes every day.

I keep my Neaumix Fit workout fresh by
Incorporating other fitness modalities in to my yoga classes so the body and mind are always challenged, never bored. Music is huge too. You want your workout to be an experience – not just a workout.

I can’t start my day without
A daily quote, some meditation, and some “me” time

If I’m splurging, is it sweet or salty?
Salty. I love hummus and pita chips

Everything, but mostly classic rock and electronic music
