Strength, Flexibility and Cardio
Neaumix Fit provides just the right blend of strength, cardio and flexibility into a lively and intense workout. You’ll reap the mind and body benefits and be hooked on our workouts which combines Reformer Pilates, TRX, Cycle, Barre and Yoga training all while the music is pumping.
Whether you’re training for your 100th marathon, aiming to maintain your present fitness level, reach new fitness goals or this is your first time taking a class, all workouts can be adjusted to your individual starting point. In addition to our classes, we offer PRIVATE and SEMI-PRIVATE sessions to maximize your workout by helping you achieve your personal goals more quickly and making sure you are doing each exercise correctly and effectively. Our instructors are well trained and offer a hands-on approach to ensure our clients see tangible results. Our trainers are certified PILATES, TRX, CYCLE, BARRE, and YOGA, and have a passion for what they do is contagious and addicting.
Relief from the Boring Workout
We want to be your one stop shop for fitness: strength, flexibility and cardio in a studio environment. Relief from boredom is a major psychological benefit that will keep you motivated and committed to your fitness regimen. Variety in your exercise choices yields significant physiological benefits as well. By using different muscle groups, your muscles adapt more easily to new activities. In addition, alternating muscle groups helps you avoid overuse injuries. It is our priority to keep our clients challenged and excited by targeting new areas of the body and changing the workouts to constantly keep the body changing and working.
Reform- Reformer Pilates Only- 50 minutes
Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. Pilates is a fantastic full body workout for all shapes and sizes and athletic capabilities. It is also low impact and can be taught at different levels of intensity. Most of our classes are beginner to intermediate level.
Reform and Tone –50 minutes
Combo Class which includes both a fusion of working on the Reformer machine and then working on the Tone Wall. The Reformer Portion of the class will take place on the equipment to achieve a full body workout. The Tone Wall potion of the class will include a fusion of TRX, Barre and Mat Pilates also using intervals to target heartrate zones and get a full body workout. The class will focus on strength training and flexibility while adding an element of cardio.
Cardio and Tone Cycle - 45 minutes
Cycle elevates your heart rate for a sustained period, burn calories, which helps with weight loss and maintenance, giving you a lean, toned look. While cycling at Neaumix Fit you will bike to the sound and feeling of a rocking playlist of songs that will motivate you to move your body throughout the ride. You will also bike to the beat and use hand weights for intensity and toning of the upper body. All classes are open to all levels of experience.
Cycle and Reform
This Signature class includes and fusion of cardio cycle for 30 minutes and 20 minutes of a full body toning on the Pilates Reformer as your heart rate is pumping and you are dripping sweat. This class is the best of both worlds. You will hit your target heartrate zone for max calorie burn while getting to tone muscles in their most effective and safe way. Try it Today!
A signature class which includes a combination of Mat Pilates, Barre, TRX cords and body weight movements as well as a short yoga stretch sequence to bring you back to center. This class combines all the great elements of Neaumix Fit that we offer in one class. This class will include circuits and intervals of all these disciplines into a 50 minute mix.
